At Buy WordPress Themes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device is not performing as expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the electronic item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the original shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware and confirms its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
